I'm not kidding. I know she's only 5 weeks old and not supposed to be rolling over on her own yet, but I promise she did just that yesterday. I laid her on her tummy for a little tummy time on the floor and turned to open the blinds in the living room. When I turned back around, she was on her back. She's been kicking her legs pretty hard in one direction and that must be how she did it. She hasn't rolled over again yet, but has come really close.
More good news is that she's been sleeping really well at night. She wakes only once to eat and then goes back to sleep (usually). Last night she decided that she was wide awake at 2:30. That's the perfect time to have a little "rich chocolate Ovaline" snack. She's just precious and is the love of my life. I have to go back to work on the 18th for two weeks. I've been dreading that since she was born and I know I'm going to be a wreck. But, my grandmother and mother-in-law will be coming to watch her so she'll be in good hands. Still, I feel like I'm going to be missing precious time with my baby girl. I hope she doesn't do anything big like smile for the first time.
